You choose
Keep it private, or contribute an anonymized price. Your name and address are never published.

We verify
Contributed prices are checked before they count. Duplicates and edited files are rejected.

See how your price sits against verified local transactions, with the sample size shown.
When there isn't enough data
We look at your city first, then your region, then Ontario. If there still aren't enough verified transactions, we show no price at all rather than guess.
